           Welcome!
"Stop And Consider "

Before you choose to become angry, consider that your anger is not likely to achieve anything.
Remind yourself that there is a more positive and productive response available to you.
Before you allow an unexpected distraction to throw you off course, consider that you do have another choice. You can choose to move quickly beyond the distraction, and to stay focused on your original task.
When you're tempted to feel resentful or sorry for yourself, stop and consider that such feelings will only intensify your difficulties.
Choose instead to feel gratitude and to experience the real empowerment it can bring.
If you just don't feel like making the effort, stop and reconsider.
Make the most of each opportunity to create value before that opportunity slips away.
When it seems that nothing is going your way, consider that in every defeat there are the seeds of triumph.
Choose to find the positive aspects and to build on them.
Before you give your time, energy and effort to negativity, stop and thoughtfully consider the implications of what you're about to do.
Give yourself the chance to choose a more positive and enriching path.

Live Beyond Fear"

There is real treasure at the center of your being.
Yet fear can keep that treasure hidden and inaccessible.
Fear of failure can keep you from taking the steps necessary to succeed.
Fear of being wrong can prevent you from making the choices that are truly right for you.
Fear of loss leaves you unable to win.
Fear gives power and influence to whatever it is you fear.
Yet fear can exist only when you view life through the narrow window of your ego.
Get beyond that ego, and fear no longer has any place to inhabit.
When you view the rest of life as being separate and disconnected from you, that provides fertile ground for destructive fear.
The more fully you realize and the more deeply you understand your connection to all that is, the more quickly the fears will vanish.
Stop listening to your ego and you'll stop being a prisoner of fear.
Think and act and feel beyond yourself and you'll live well beyond the fear.

"Up To You"

It is easy to be miserable.
It is just as easy to be happy.
Being miserable will nourish and support your ego. Being happy will bring peace and fulfillment to your spirit.
Being miserable can be very dramatic, complicated and sophisticated.
It can make you appear quite impressive to other people.
Being happy, on the other hand, is an expression of simplicity and freedom and joy.
Chances are, others could be suspicious or resentful.
Once you have chosen to be miserable, it will require a great deal of energy and effort to maintain that state of misery.
By contrast, when you choose happiness, that happiness actually brings additional energy and positive passion to your life.
The choice between happiness and misery is one you make in each moment, over and over again, day after day.
Whether you're happy or whether you're miserable is completely up to you.

"Responsibility"

The moment you stop blaming your misery on others, it disappears.
The moment you take full and complete responsibility for your life, you jump to a whole new level of effectiveness and achievement.
Imagine going through each day with no frustrations, no anxiety, and no regrets. Imagine putting every bit of your energy, in every moment, into meaningful, productive, joyful and fulfilling pursuits.
Imagine being able to easily put your intentions into action.
Imagine being able to maintain a clear sense of purpose and a rock-solid focus.
Choose to accept responsibility for everything that touches your life, and you'll increasingly find yourself living in such a world.
Your eyes will be opened to the beautiful, overwhelming abundance of positive possibilities.
Have your blaming and fighting and running and hiding and avoiding ever brought you anything of real value? Maybe it's time to turn around and realize that responsibility is truly a gift rather than a burden.
Choose now to accept that gift of responsibility. And you will surely experience profound fulfillment.

"Acceptance"

Don't let yourself get too caught up in what could have been, or would have been, or should have been.
Look instead at the power and possibility of what is.
The things you see as problems are realities that you have chosen to interpret in a certain way.
Consider that you can view them from a more positive and empowering perspective any time you wish.
Many of the burdens that weigh you down come from fighting against what has already happened.
Gracefully accept what is, and experience the enormous sense of freedom that acceptance brings.
There is real value that exists right now in this moment, in this situation, in this unique set of circumstances. Allow yourself to fully accept the reality of what is, and you compel yourself to uncover that value.
Accept even what you cannot control, and you'll discover more power and effectiveness in those things you can control.
Accept responsibility for the things that influence your life, and you'll be able to focus all that energy in a positive direction.
Accept all that is life, with its many twists and turns, in whatever way it may come to you. And you'll find real opportunities for fulfillment and joy.

"How many trees are in the seed?"

A tiny seed becomes a tree.
That tree produces many more seeds, which become trees, which produce seeds, and so on.
So how many trees are in the seed?
There are no trees in the seed.
Crack it open, and you won't find even a single tree. The seed contains only the idea of a tree, the potential for a tree, and the plans for building that tree.
The tree itself appears only when the seed is nourished with water and soil and sunlight.
The people you meet, the new things you learn, the experiences you live, the choices you make, the days and moments of your life -- all are seeds with limitless potential to bear fruit.
But only when placed in fertile ground and nourished.
That's where you come in.
Though you can't always control the seeds that fall into your life, you can control the way they're planted and cared for.
In every moment is a lifetime of possibilities.
Think of that! You can change the course of the rest of your life right now, this very instant.
By deciding which seeds to plant, which choices to make, which relationships to nurture.
By giving the seeds of opportunity a fertile soil in which to grow.

"You Can Do It"

The biggest obstacle standing between you and anything you want, is your lack of belief that you can have it.
Once you truly believe it is possible, once you can see yourself doing it or being it or having it, the rest is just details.
With belief, plus the commitment to follow through and do whatever it takes, anything can be yours.
What is it that you truly want to do? You can do it. Realize that you are as capable as any person.
See yourself doing it.
Touch it. Hear it.
Taste it.
Walk inside of it.
Drive around in it. Believe in it and believe that it is yours.
Everything you need to get there is available to you, when you believe and when you commit to getting there.
Know that you can do it. Nothing can hold you back once you have belief and commitment.
You will find a way.
You can. Do it.

"The Courage to Be You"

You are unique, with your own special beauty and value to give to life. What a terrible shame it would be if you were to let that beauty be hidden behind your fears.
When you worry that you're not good enough, you allow others to control you, and their domination will soon make you miserable.
Or when you fool yourself into thinking you're superior to everyone else, you deny yourself the exquisite joy of offering your own special gifts to life.
It takes courage and faith, effort and initiative to be who
you are.
And it is so very much worth the effort.
Though no one else can do it for you, you have what it takes to be magnificently successful at being you. From the deepest secrets of your soul to the face you put forward to the world, every bit of you is meant to be the authentic and original person you are.
Listen to that quiet, persistent voice inside that you know is always right.
This is your opportunity to fulfill and express the real and lasting joy of being you.
Let the beautiful person inside of you come more fully to life as each moment passes.
Let yourself, and the world around you, know the joy and fulfillment that is meant just for you to express.

"Raise Your Expectations"

It can be tempting to lower your expectations when things are not going your way. Yet the most realistic response is not to lower your expectations, but in fact to raise them higher.
It may seem that lowering your expectations so they're more in line with your reality would protect you from disappointment. Yet lowering your expectations is sure to bring on even more disappointment.
If you're disappointed with the results you're getting, it's not because your expectations are too high. It's because those expectations are not high enough to pull you forward.
Raise your expectations to the point where they become so meaningful and compelling that you cannot help but fulfill them. Choose those expectations that will drive you in each moment to do what must be done to reach them.
When the going gets rough, the answer is not to give up on your dreams. The answer is to grab on to those dreams, and to put them front and center in your life.
Set your expectations high, connect solidly and consistently with them, and those expectations will give a positive, effective direction to your life. Expect the very best, and let those expectations drive you to live out your most cherished dreams.
